All items will be dispatched within 3 working days, usually less, unless made to order, in which case please allow 7 days for the item to be made before dispatch. (I may need to order more materials to make it.) All items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class post, and postage price for most items is £1.99 unless otherwise stated.
If you are unhappy with your item and wish to return it, I can only accept a return if an item is damaged and you inform me of the damages within 7 days of receiving the item, but cannot refund earrings bought for hygiene concerns. Thank you!
